• Dream of Buyar Champion, Anthony Ginting Stay Grateful

     Anthony Sinisuka Ginting's dream of winning the 2019 World Tour Finals was canceled, Medcom

    He failed after losing to Japanese men's singles, Kento Momota with a score of 21-17, 17-21 and 14-21 in the final duel at Tianhe Gymnasium, China, Sunday (12/15).

     Although not a champion, Anthony Ginting remains grateful.  He felt he had put out his best ability even though the result was not a championship trophy.

     "Today I can bring out the best abilities and have tried my best," said Anthony Ginting.

     Even so, the player born in Cimahi is still unable to hide his disappointment. 

    Because, he closed the year 2019 with failure.

     "I always lose this year's finals. But this is a valuable lesson for me going forward," Anthony said.

     Related to his defeat, Anthony Ginting admitted that he was not so optimal in the determination game.

    Blisters

     This is due to blisters on his right toe.

     "In the third game I have tried my best and try not to focus on feeling pain in the legs," he said.

     However, the injury turned out to still affect his game.  The 23-year-old athlete then surrendered from the champion.
